Jocko's Spinach And Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed, chopped and drained
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 4 ounces green chilies, drained and chopped
  • 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1/8 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Recipe

  • 1 thaw and drain spinach.
  • 2 thoroughly mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  • 3 place mix in 9x9 pyrex.
  • 4 bake on 350 degrees for approximately 30-35 minutes or until the top of the dip starts to turn golden brown.
  • 5 indulge - dip will be very hot.
