Jocko's Spinach And Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed, chopped and drained
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 4 ounces green chilies, drained and chopped
- 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1/8 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
Recipe
- 1 thaw and drain spinach.
- 2 thoroughly mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- 3 place mix in 9x9 pyrex.
- 4 bake on 350 degrees for approximately 30-35 minutes or until the top of the dip starts to turn golden brown.
- 5 indulge - dip will be very hot.
