- 2 cups fiddleheads, ferns
- 1/4 lb butter
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 lemon, juice of
Recipe
- 1 wash and clean fiddleheads.
- 2 steam for 10 - 15 minutes.
- 3 heat butter in pan and saute garlic gently for a few seconds.
- 4 add fiddleheads and continue to saute till tender.
- 5 squeeze juice of lemon over all.
- 6 cook gently 2 - 3 minutes.
- 7 season with salt and pepper to taste.
