Crispy Sweet Garlic Pickles

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 quart whole dill pickle, drained
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 -4 garlic cloves

Recipe

  • 1 cut the pickles into large pieces. chunks are best. don't make the slices too thin.
  • 2 place the pieces back into the empty jar.
  • 3 add the garlic cloves.
  • 4 cover with the sugar.
  • 5 place in the refrigerator for at least a week or until the sugar has completely dissolved to form a syrup.
  • 6 during the week, periodically shake the jar.
  • 7 store the pickles in the refrigerator.
