"deception" Salsa

Ingredients

• 16 cups tomatoes (peel and chop)
• 2 tablespoons garlic
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon oregano
• 2 cups onions, chopped
• 1 3/4 cups chili peppers, chopped
• 1/4 cup jalapeno, chopped
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 tablespoons salt
• 5 tablespoons cornstarch
• 2 1/2 cups vinegar

Recipe

• 1 combine tomatoes, onion, peppers, salt and spices. simmer 45 minutes.
• 2 add vinegar and cornstarch. cook until thickened. put into jars and process in water batch for 20 minutes.
