Ingredients
- 6 large onions, sliced
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a large roasting pan, tossing to coat with the oil.
- 2 bake at 400 degrees, stirring occasionally for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until nicely browned.
