Overnight Grits Souffle

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups regular grits, cooked
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 3/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
- paprika
Recipe
- 1 after cooking grits, stir the grits into the other ingredients.
- 2 stir this mixture into the beaten eggs.
- 3 add the cheese.
- 4 pour into a 2 1/2 quart baking dish.
- 5 sprinkle the top heavily with paprika.
- 6 cover and refrigerate overnight.
- 7 remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking.
- 8 bake, uncovered, at 350ºf for 1 1/2 hours.
