Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon cilantro
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix together the first six ingredients.
- 2 whisk in oil until dressing is emulsified. salt and pepper to taste. refrigerate to store for several weeks.
