Sausage And Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb bulk sausage
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon cavender all purpose greek seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped finely
  • tortilla chips

Recipe

  • 1 in a skillet, cook the sausage until no longer pink.
  • 2 add the green onions and garlic; cook for 3-5 minutes longer.
  • 3 drain and set aside.
  • 4 in a bowl, mix together the greek seasoning, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts and sausage mixture.
  • 5 pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish.
  • 6 bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
  • 7 serve warm with tortilla chips.
