Rosemary Sauce For Vegetables

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 teaspoons fresh rosemary, leaves only
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon, zest of
  • 1 tablespoon wine or 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon crushed dried red chili pepper
  • 1/4 lb unsalted butter, softened
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix all the ingredients together well.
  • 2 melt to serve.
