- 1 mango
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
Recipe
- 1 mash or puree mango.
- 2 combine all ingredients.
- 3 rub onto ribs and place into a dish. pour remaining mixture on top and marinate for at least an hour.
- 4 grill.
