Seitan Sausages

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup kidney bean, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, very finely minced
  • 1 1/4 cups vital wheat gluten
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fennel seeds, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Recipe

  • 1 in a food processor puree all of the ingredients until the dough comes together.
