Ingredients
- 2 (10 ounce) cans of rotel mexican stewed tomatoes (has to be mexican!)
- 2 -3 garlic cloves (chopped or minced)
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2-1 lime, juiced
- 1 -2 jalapeno, chopped
Recipe
- 1 in food processor (or blender) puree all the ingredients and squeeze juice from the lime. it will last about 4-5 days.
- 2 sometimes you have to use a little more lime juice depending on how strong the garlic is. i also use about half of the bunch of cilantro that i buy so i am sure that is more than 1 cup!
