- 1 cup summer squash, sliced
- 2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil

- pepper, dash
Recipe
- 1 in large skillet, saute the zucchini, squash and onion in oil for 4-6 minutes or until crisp-tender.
