Ingredients
- 20 small cucumbers (tiny)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, minced
Recipe
- 1 rinse cucumbers and place in a quart jar.
- 2 in a saucepan bring water, vinegar, salt & sugar to a roiling boil.
- 3 add garlic and tarragon and boil one minute.
- 4 pour over cucumbers.
- 5 chill at least 12 hours. this is best if it ages a bit.
