Ingredients

• 1 liter b. shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 medium onion, grated
• 3/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup finely chopped pecans
• 1 garlic clove
• 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
• 1 (14 ounce) jar raspberry preserves

Recipe

• 1 mix all ingredients, except raspberry preserves together and place in a spring form pan. refrigerate for at least 2 hours, no more than 10.
• 2 remove from spring form pan and place on serving dish and cover with 1 jar of raspberry preserves. surround with crackers and serve!
• 3 yummy!
