Ingredients
- 1 lb small curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green onion, finely minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet basil
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 combine all the above ingredients in a bowl, stirring until well mixed.
- 2 chill until ready to serve.
