Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 portabella mushrooms
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2-2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Recipe
- 1 remove stems from mushrooms and gently scrape away gills from underside.
- 2 combine garlic and olive oil.
- 3 brush on caps and set aside for 30 minutes.
- 4 combine cheese, lemon pepper and basil and set aside.
- 5 grill over medium heat top side of mushrooms up for about 5 minutes on warming rack of grill.
- 6 turn mushrooms over and fill with cheese mixture.
- 7 cover and grill about 5 minutes or until cheese is warmed through.
- 8 serve whole.
