Ingredients
- 1 standing rib roast (about 6 lbs.)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Recipe
- 1 place roast fat side up on rack in roasting pan.
- 2 mix spices, and rub into roast.
- 3 bake uncovered at 325f degrees for 2 1/2 hours for medium.
- 4 remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes.
- 5 carve into slices.
