Sausage And Spinach Pie

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 lb sausage
- 4 eggs
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 10 ounces spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 2 pie crusts
Recipe
- 1 cook and drain sausage.
- 2 beat eggs with fork.
- 3 combine all ingredients and pour in pie crust.
- 4 add top pie crust.
- 5 cut small hole (1 1/2" diameter) in top of pie and 5 slits around top crust.
- 6 bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, 15 minutes.
- 7 let stand minute before cutting.
