Sausage And Spinach Pie

Total Time: 1 hr 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 10 ounces spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic
  • 2 pie crusts

Recipe

  • 1 cook and drain sausage.
  • 2 beat eggs with fork.
  • 3 combine all ingredients and pour in pie crust.
  • 4 add top pie crust.
  • 5 cut small hole (1 1/2" diameter) in top of pie and 5 slits around top crust.
  • 6 bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, 15 minutes.
  • 7 let stand minute before cutting.
