Ingredients

- 1 lb pinto beans
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped red peppers or 1/4 cup green bell pepper
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 rinse beans, removing any foreign objects. place in a large bowl.
