Pizza Beans

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb pinto beans
  • 3 1/2 cups water
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped red peppers or 1/4 cup green bell pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 rinse beans, removing any foreign objects. place in a large bowl.
