Low Carb Fauxtatoes

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 chop cauliflower and steam with garlic until very soft.
