Ingredients
- Servings: 20
- 1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes, use any you want crushed, whole etc
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 4 teaspoons salt, kosher is my favorite
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup honey, local raw is best
Recipe
- 1 add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth.
- 2 pour into a pot and bring to a boil.
- 3 reduce to a simmer and cook for 1 hour.
- 4 if it is the consistency that you like (not to runny) then remove from heat.
- 5 pour into a bottle with tight fitting lid and place in refrigerator.
- 6 enjoy.
