Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 1 (6 1/4 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1/3 cup grated romano cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream or 1/3 cup half-and-half cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • 3 (i used 8x8 inch) place artichokes,romano cheese, parmesan cheese and garlic in a blender or food processor.
  • 4 pulse until chopped but not ground.
  • 5 set aside.
  • 6 in a medium bowl, mix together spinach, cream, sour cream, and mozzarella cheese.
  • 7 stir in artichoke mixture.
  • 8 spoon into prepared baking dish.
  • 9 bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
