Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 (14 ounce) can non-marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 -2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 dash garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 mash/flatten artichokes.
- 2 combine all ingredients.
- 3 bake for 30 minutes at 350 or warm in an electric skillet @ 200°f.
- 4 if using the electric skillet, stir mixture once cheese has melted.
