Ingredients

- 1 (15 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 -2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- salt and cayenne pepper
Recipe
- 1 place cheese in slow cooker; cover and cook until cheese is melted, about 30 minutes.
- 2 mix in remaining ingredients; cover and cook until hot, 1 to 1 ½ hours. season to taste with salt and cayenne.
