Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 1 (15 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 -2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • salt and cayenne pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place cheese in slow cooker; cover and cook until cheese is melted, about 30 minutes.
  • 2 mix in remaining ingredients; cover and cook until hot, 1 to 1 ½ hours. season to taste with salt and cayenne.
