Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
- 2 transfer to a saucepan and simmer over medium-low for 10 minutes.
