Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces butter
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 2 mangoes, pureed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon cream
Recipe
- 1 melt butter, add garlic and saute until tender.
- 2 add mango and lemon and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
- 3 stir in shallots and cream.
