Ingredients
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/8 teaspoon salt, to taste
- fresh ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 whisk lemon juice, mustard, sugar and garlic in a small bowl until blended.
- 2 drizzle in oil, whisking until blended.
- 3 stir in mint, salt and pepper.
- 4 note: can be kept in refridgerator for up to 2 days.
