Inka Mama's Aji

Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 3 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 7 serrano peppers
  • 3/4 cup olive oil, or as needed
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

  • combine iceberg lettuce, romaine lettuce, garlic, serrano peppers, and olive oil in the blender; blend until smooth. season with salt and black pepper.
