Cheesy Black Bean Guacamole
Ingredients

- 3 large avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
- 1/2 cup chopped chives
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 cups rinsed, drained canned black beans
- 1 1/2 cups grated romano cheese
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
