Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • 4 tablespoons fresh tarragon
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 in a food processor add garlic, tarragon and capers. process until well pureed. add remaining ingredients, stir well and let meld in refridgerator for a few hours.
