Ingredients
- 2 quarts mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 3 tablespoons capers
- 4 tablespoons fresh tarragon
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons tabasco sauce
- 1/2 cup water
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor add garlic, tarragon and capers. process until well pureed. add remaining ingredients, stir well and let meld in refridgerator for a few hours.
