Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) jar hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine vinegar or 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 cup sherry wine
- 4 tablespoons peanut oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
