Beer Braised Onions

Ingredients
- 4 -5 large onions
- 0.5 (116 ounce) bottle beer
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 slice the onions and put in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and combine well.
- 2 spread the onion mix on a baking tray and cover.
- 3 cook in a moderate over 350 degrees f. for about 45 minutes or until soft stirring occasionally.
