- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1/2 sprig fresh rosemary
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 whisk ingredients together and toss with raw vegetables. marinate for at least 30 minutes.
