Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 4 ounces mild goat cheese
- 2/3 cup nonfat cottage cheese
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
Recipe
- 1 in food processor, combine garlic, goat cheese and cottage cheese; process until smooth.
- 2 transfer spread to serving bowl and stir in herbs.
- 3 refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
