Fennel Butter

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 6 teaspoons fennel seeds
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and chopped
  • 1 lemon
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 melt the butter in a small pan. add the fennel seeds and cook for 1 minute. add the garlic, stirring so garlic doesn't burn, and cook for 1 minute.
  • 2 squeeze the juice of the lemon into the pan and stir, cooking for another minute. add salt and pepper to taste.
