Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 6 teaspoons fennel seeds
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and chopped
- 1 lemon
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 melt the butter in a small pan. add the fennel seeds and cook for 1 minute. add the garlic, stirring so garlic doesn't burn, and cook for 1 minute.
- 2 squeeze the juice of the lemon into the pan and stir, cooking for another minute. add salt and pepper to taste.
