- 1/3 cup sun-dried tomato packed in oil
- 1/3 cup packed fresh basil leaf
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor blend ingredients with salt and pepper to taste.
- 2 process until smooth.
- 3 transfer to ice cube trays. freeze for up to 3 months.
