Creole Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons creole mustard
  • 4 tablespoons horseradish, fresh
  • 1/2 cup green onion, minced
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon louisiana hot sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil
  • 4 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 6 ounces thick tomato ketchup
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 ounces extra virgin olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 in a blender, combine all liquid ingredients thoroughly.
  • 2 add mustard and horseradish.
  • 3 add remaining ingredients and blend on low.
  • 4 chill 2-3 hours before serving.
