Marinated Olives

Total Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 cups olives
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and lightly crushed
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaf
  • 1/2 lemon, cut in half and segmented as for a grapefruit

Recipe

  • 1 toss all the ingredients together in a bowl. marinate for an hour or longer at room temperature.
  • 2 toss again before serving.
  • 3 if you are not serving them the same day, refrigerate them and bring to room temperature before serving.
