Ingredients

- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 8 garlic cloves, crushed
- freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 lb whole mushroom, cleaned
Recipe
- 1 stir all ingredients together in a nice serving bowl.
- 2 cover and refrigerate for an hour or more.
- 3 serve with toothpicks.
