Ingredients

- 1 cup scd yogurt
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried chives
- 3 toes garlic (minced( i put through a garlic press)
- 1/2 teaspoon pulverized onion (or 1/4 teas onion powder)
- 1 cup homemade mayonnaise
- salt
- ground cayenne pepper or hot sauce
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in order, beating as you add.
