Ingredients
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard (coleman's is the best)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a jar, cover tightly and shake vigorously.
- 2 store in refrigerator until ready to use shake vigorously before using.
