Ingredients
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, no salt added
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 serrano pepper, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Recipe
- 1 drain and discard the juices from the tomatoes.
- 2 rinse the diced red onion under cold running water.
- 3 combine all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.
- 4 cover and chill 45 minutes for flavors to meld.
