Sautéed Spinach And Garlic

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, sliced thin
  • 3/4 lb spinach leaves, washed and drained

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in olive oil over medium heat in a large saute pan with a lid. when foaming subsides, add garlic. saute 2 minutes or until edges of garlic slices are barely beginning to brown. add spinach and toss to coat. cover and cook 3 minutes. uncover, stir and toss spinach until wilted, dark, and reduced in volume by 3/4.
