Roast Duck

Ingredients

- 1 (5 lb) ducklings
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon powdered ginger
Recipe
- 1 wash and dry duckling.
- 2 combine remaining ingredients and brush inside and out over duckling; let stand for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
- 3 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 4 roast for 2 hours, turning and basting with drippings occasionally.
