Greek Spinach

Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup frozen pearl onions
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic (more if you like garlic)
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta
Recipe
- 1 cook spinach according to directions, but add the onions to the sauce pan.
- 2 drain well, squeezing out as much moisture as possible.
- 3 add remaining ingredients, expect feta.
- 4 stir until well combined.
- 5 sprinkle with feta and toss to combine.
