Erika's Amazing Brussel Sprouts

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1 lb brussels sprout
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 clean brussel sprouts.
  • 2 in a large pot steam brussel sprouts for 10-15 minutes.
  • 3 in a frying pan, melt butter and add garlic.
  • 4 cook on low, letting the butter infuse with the garlic while sprouts are steaming.
  • 5 add the brussel sprouts to butter and turn heat up to medium.
  • 6 sauté until caramelized, being careful not to burn the garlic.
  • 7 salt and pepper to taste.
