Creole Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons creole mustard
- 4 tablespoons horseradish, fresh
- 1/2 cup green onion, minced
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon louisiana hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 4 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 6 ounces thick tomato ketchup
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 ounces extra virgin olive oil
Recipe
- 1 in a blender, combine all liquid ingredients thoroughly.
- 2 add mustard and horseradish.
- 3 add remaining ingredients and blend on low.
- 4 chill 2-3 hours before serving.
