Rosemary-red Wine Marinade

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup dry red wine
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, minced (2 teaspoons)
  • 2 medium garlic cloves, minced (about 2 1/2 teaspoons)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a small bowl, cover and refrigerate. can be stored up to 3 days in advance of use. discard after use.
