Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, minced (2 teaspoons)
- 2 medium garlic cloves, minced (about 2 1/2 teaspoons)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a small bowl, cover and refrigerate. can be stored up to 3 days in advance of use. discard after use.
